Palmyra is known throughout the New Jersey “river towns” for our robust celebration of Halloween. During the final days of October, there are a number of events including the Palmyra Halloween Parade (this committee also runs a scarecrow contest!!). The PIA joins in the celebration with our very own Trunk-or-Treat event.
What is Trunk-or-Treat?
Our generous volunteers set up, decorate the trunks of their cars and line Broad Street for a safe and family friendly trick-or-treat experience. For a nominal entry fee per child (100% donated to the PIA), kids of all ages can enjoy an evening of getting spooked, lots of laughs, and of course, candy and other treats. Food is available for purchase.
